The 1,100 square foot space is available for rent March 7 thru November 14, 2026.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:

The 1,100 square foot space is available for rent March 7 thru November 14, 2026.
• $75.00 an hour* minimum of two hours.
(Your
booked time must include time to set-up, decorate, and bring in food,
or caterer set up, as well as take down decor, food, etc the end
of your event. We handle all table and chairs set-up, as well as all trash removal.)
• Guests seating: includes round tables with seating from 4 to 6 guests per table. All tables are covered with white linen tablecloths. (We set up the number of tables that you will need based on your guests count.)
• Tables: Additional small and large rectangle tables for buffet, gifts, registration, etc. are provided and covered with white tablecloths and skirts at no additional costs.
• Kitchen use includes: large sink, standard size refrigerator/freezer, large microwave and plenty of counter space.
• Two bathrooms (in a separate building).
• Two bathrooms (in a separate building).
• Maximum number of guests is 40.
• Hot and cold beverage dispensers are available for rent at an additional cost of $10 each.
• Available: Friday 11am-9pm. Saturday 11am-10pm. Sunday 9am-6pm.
• We do not provide food but we can recommend local caterers, or bring your own home cooking!
Alcohol: You must apply for a temporary Beer/Wine/Champagne Permit (no hard liquor allowed), and show proof of approval 2 weeks prior to your event. You will also need a permit for an approved server at your event. These permits are easily available at the Indiana State Excise Police office, District 4 here in Seymour. Call them for info at: 812-523-8314.
